Ya, I got a new host and am playing with Wordpress….so I have a lot yet to do here.  I just got the Discography up though.  (it was always busted on the old site)

Pine Mills 2006 coming up!!

Sunday, May 21st, 2006

Hey folks, its that time of year again for the 6th annual Pine Mills Festival.

Come on out with members of the Boys Named Sue, Dogkickers, Speedtrucker , Green Apple Quickstep and Hotrod Hillbillys for a weekend of camping, music, swimming, BBQ and good clean fun.

Its hard to explain really what to expect, you just have to come out. The camping is more like ranch camping as we all spend the weekend at Sue who is our gracious hostess. So we are talking car camping, but there is plenty of shelter should the need arise (like a tornado or something…umm…dont laugh, thats what happened last year). Theres plenty of nice places to camp by the lake or down in the hallow.

The shows are a bit more freeform too. Bring yer Gweeter and come up on stage with us. We have that in the barn….our own Pine Mills Dancehall. Saturday night is the music night. Sunday night is the band scramble and there is picking jams all weekend.

The festival is semi-private…well…heres the deal. As long as you know anybody in the above bands, or know me (via myspace….ha)…your eligible. Its very homey, and by the of the weekend you will be a part of the family and feel as if you have kin in the East Piney Woods.

Its 21 . If you have small kids, that might be ok..ask at the website.
